How To Apply for Lost Voter ID Card

Candidate can apply for the duplicate Voter ID Card by following the steps and

  • Candidate have to write a letter to the nearby Police Station and which is written above
  • Then the candidate have to go to the Election Commission Office of your city or district
  • Then collect fill the Application Form – 002 and
  • Fill your details in the Application Form – 002 and also attach the copy of the FIR with the form
  • Pay the fees for the duplicate copy by paying the challan in the State Bank of India
  • After two or three weeks duplicate copy of your Voter ID Card will be at your home.
